Policy for Reserving
Blue Stallion has 2 options for available space
Seats 20, holds 30. Space has a television with HDMI connection and a leather couch along with several hi-top tables.
Upper-lounge and loft area:
Seats 45, holds 70. Space includes everything loft has along with an additional couch, loveseat, and leather chair, long table for 12, low-top tables for 8, and access to dart boards and uni-sex bathroom. This space does not include the pool table room.
Paid reservations are in 4-hour blocks
Outside food is welcome at Blue Stallion Brewing however we ask that you remove your food waste before leaving, a $25 cleanup charge will be added for spaces left with outside food left after an event . Food can be setup in the upper-lounge along the dart-board wall or in the loft along the wall. We can provide a small folding table for food given adequate notice but do not have table clothes available.
Decoration and other setup policy:
If you plan to decorate your space for an event, we ask that you clean up all the decorations before leaving, a $25 cleanup charge will be added for spaces left with decorations or other outside materials left after an event. Do not use duct tape, thumb tacks, or other materials that would leave a permanent mark on the space. Computers or slideshows can be setup on the loft television using HDMI with the prior approval of Blue Stallion Brewing.

Reservations require a deposit. $75 for loft, $150 for upper-lounge and loft.
Reservation cost must be paid in full before the event concludes.
Confirmed start time and duration of event.

Reservations on Sunday – Wednesday:
Loft OR Upper Lounge - $75 deposit; Minimum bar tab* - $100
Loft & Upper Lounge - $150 deposit; Minimum bar tab* - $200
Reservations on Thursday – Saturday:
Loft OR Upper Lounge - $75 deposit; Minimum bar tab* - $225
Loft & Upper Lounge - $150 deposit; Minimum bar tab* - $450
Minimum Bar Tab:
The minimum bar tab is the total spent by the entire party during the event time. Food, Beverages, and Merchandise all count towards the total. The tab minimum is not a limit on what can be spent. If you decide to have a tab open for your party and it exceeds the tab minimum, you are still responsible for the entire tab. This policy helps ensure we generate at least the same revenue we would if the space was not reserved. We appreciate your understanding.
